Our Policy Regarding Samples

Sample Policy:

Due to the fact that some customers ask for free samples, with no intention of making a purchase, we had to set this policy.
This policy is only intended for first time customers, that we do not know, the cost of sending a sample will be refunded on completion of your first large Qty. order.
We do not make profit from sending samples, but we encourage all customers to order a sample of the product they will order in bulk.
We want you to know exactly what you are ordering.
Hope you understand this policy. We try to be flexible, so if this policy is a hardship for you contact us.

1. Most samples can be sent free of charge, if you pay the shipping costs. (The only exception to this, is if the factory thinks the sample is to expensive to give away free.)
2. You can pay for shipping C.O.D, if you give us a Fedex or UPS account #. We can ship to most any address, if you pay by check, wire, or credit card.
3. Cost to ship samples, is usually around $30.00 to $150.00, but depends on weight.
4. Large and heavy samples can also be sent air freight to your nearest International Airport.

To Submit your product samples, or submit a check to pay for samples, to be sent to you, use this address.
Or use our secure server, to submit your credit card. Credit Cards are processed in the USA.

We suggest you order a sample of your product. Give us your Fedex or UPS account # so we can send the item C.O.D Most but not all samples are free, if you pay the freight charges.
A typical 1lbs. package is usually around $47.00 from the factory in China, to most places in the world.
